I analyzed at least 10 other insurance companies, and MetLife Pet insurance far exceeded the value of all other insurance companies. All of the companies had caps whereas MetLife Pet was a straight 90% (you can choose a less % for a lower premium) on all claims after your deductible has been met. It was a no-brainer. MetLife Pet makes the claims process seamless.

When your loved one, in this case your dog, is sick, you have so many things to worry about. One of them may probably be affordability. MetLife Pet Insurance is great! Customer service is helpful with all my questions. They work with your vet office to get all the necessary paperwork to process your claim

I sent the claim in and heard back a few days later that it was accepted. Payment was on the way a couple days later. Not too difficult to do. Thank you!

I am glad I decided to get this. Since I have started this insurance my dog has had ACL surgery, started seasonal allergies, and has had a clogged tear duct procedure. Usually we are only at the vet once a year for shots! This saved me so much money for all that unusual stuff that happened this year. I have been telling all of my family and friends to get it.

This is my first dog ever. I adopted him as a 7 year old rescue. Being older myself, I knew health care is important. I did a lot of research and MetLife Pet offered the most benefits, including wellness. They are quick to get to, easy to file claims, and even include flea, tick, and heartworm meds all under one deductible. I am very pleased.

This company has been absolutely fabulous to deal with since I first signed up with them. My Australian Kelpie is a rescue. Shortly after we got her, she developed a cancerous kidney and had to have it removed. MetLife Pet took care of the claim in record time, and each time the sweet old girl has had an issue, their settlement time and payout.

Having 3 dogs is already expensive, and finding affordable coverage was mind-numbing. We had another company for a few years but could only afford accident/routine care. Even then, they found a reason to deny or lowball almost every claim. Since switching to MetLife Pet, we've had one dog hospitalized and another began treatment.

I’ve had other pet insurance over the years, and MetLife Pet far exceeds my experiences with the previous companies.

We have had MetLife Pet insurance since our dog was a pup and they have always taken great care of us. Their claim service is so easy and communication is always there if we ever have questions. Highly recommend it!
